Save the box and all the factory packing in which your new roaster arrives! Take some photos as you unpoack the roaster and take not of why removable parts are packed. Print the photos out and place them in the box when you store it. I suggest placing the box in a large plastic trash bag and sealing the bag to preserve the cardboard.

The packaging was specially designed to protect the roaster and the box it quite heavy duty as well. If you ever have the need to ship the roaster anywhere (such as to Hottop Americas for servicing or overhaul) it is the safest and most affordable way to do it. We have received roasters packed in ways you would not believe!

-  WRONG!  -

We have received roasters with damaged main fans, cracked rear covers, and cracked bases. The base can be broken easily if not properly packed and it requires a lot of extra work (time = $$) to replace. That part alone is $90.00 as of this writing.

We are not responsible for shipping damage if the original box and packing are not used. We DO NOT stock boxes nor the original packing materials.
